Leading Together: Building Adult Community in Schools
I facilitate a professional development program called Leading Together which focuses on strengthening relational trust among adults in schools. Leading Together is a program developed by the Center for Courage & Renewal by trained facilitators.
Courage & Renewal Retreats
As a prepared facilitator with the Center for Courage & Renewal (Parker J. Palmer), I offer retreats for those interested in exploring the intersection between who they are and the work they do in the world. These retreats are grounded in the Circle of Trust approach, and create the condtions for a safe space to nurture personal and professional integrity and the courage to act upon it. Retreat offerings include one day and multi-day experiences for teachers and leaders from all work contexts.
